I love this business!

I love this business! Monday morning, the start of a new week, and we had three different customers in that epitomize why this business is so fun for us.
Customer #1 had proposed over the weekend. He had finally pulled the trigger and he brought his fiance in to have the size adjusted on her new ring. She was thrilled to find out that she could have her ring back today. They were both glowing and eager to share the story of the proposal and their diamond "moment"
Customer #2 had called in engraving instructions for the Rolex that he had purchased for his wife. She delivered their first child today.....a beautiful baby girl. We engraved the baby's name and birthday on the new watch to commemorate the celebration.
Customer #3 picked up her new 2 carat diamond solataire. They have been married for a number of years. Today is her birthday. She was thinking of a more modest upgrade of her ring be he was determined for her to have the ring of her dreams....now!
Monday can sometimes start with a few business grungies. Not today! We had the opportunity to help these good customers signpost some of the best moments of their lives. I love this business!!
