February 26th, 2008
After a jewelry design career that has spanned nearly 60 years, Jose Hess has sold his company and is retiring. Jose was a master goldsmith trained in the Viennese tradition in Colombia, South America. He started in the United States as a model maker for internationally known designer David Webb. Jose was among the very first at developing the art and cache of designer jewelry. He has received many design awards, including the prestigious DeBeers Diamonds Today Award seven times. Since the Jose Hess collection is no longer able to be re-ordered or duplicated, we are offering these pieces at extremely attractive prices to make room for the designs of the next up and coming.
